Shipping & returns
Delivery
As soon as you have placed your order, we will start to get it to you as soon as possible. You will be kept informed of the status of your order via email and My Stinkie-Mobile. The delivery process depends on a number of things:
The payment
The stock status of the product
The delivery time of the product from our supplier to us.
The payment
If you have chosen a payment method whereby the amount to be paid must be received by us prior to delivery (iDeal or prepayment), the order will only be processed once payment has been received. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, it can take 1 to 2 days for the payment to be processed. If you opt for an Afterpay or payment on account, the order will be processed immediately.
The stock status of the product
You will find an indication of the delivery time in the product description. For products that are in stock it is stated that the delivery time is 1 to 2 days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is usually 3 to 6 working days. These products must be ordered from our supplier. For products where it is stated that it can be ordered on preorder, or where it is stated that the delivery time is unknown, no assurance can be given about the delivery time. In all cases we strive for the fastest possible delivery.

If a product is not in stock, but there is no reason to expect that the product will not be available within a week, it is stated that the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days. In almost all cases this delivery time is met. However, because Stinkie-Mobile sells many products for older phones, we are not always able to get the order to you within the stated delivery time. The stated delivery time is therefore always an expectation, no rights can be derived from this.
What if the delivery time is not met?
Despite our efforts to get the order delivered within the delivery time, it is possible that an order cannot be delivered within the specified period. In that case, we will do our utmost to inform you of the reason for the delay, the expected delivery time, and any alternatives that we can deliver faster. In consultation we can then decide how to handle the order. You are entitled to cancel the order at any time and to reclaim the amount paid by you.
Shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs, we process the costs of orders by using a minimum amount of 25 euros for orders within the Netherlands.

Stinkie-Mobile uses PostNL, DHL and save my package for the shipment of all orders. Small orders and orders with a low order value are sent with PostNL letterbox post. We send larger orders and orders with a higher order value with parcel post via DHL and save my package.
Shipping via parcel post
We ship orders with a higher value and orders that do not fit through the letterbox by parcel post. You will receive a tracking code via email to track the shipment and you will receive status updates about your package via email. You must be at home to receive the shipment. If you are not at home, it will be delivered to the neighbors or taken for delivery at a later time. The DHL parcel deliverer will notify you what will happen to the parcel if it could not be delivered. Shipping via letterbox post
Orders with a relatively low value are sent via letterbox post. The advantage of this is that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a tracking code for these shipments. Letterbox mail in the Netherlands usually arrives the next day and mail to Belgium usually takes 2 to 3 days on the road. It sometimes happens that orders are delivered late. If your order has not been delivered after 5 working days or if you have questions about this shipping method, please contact us.
